One reason my visit to NYC was so pleasant was the easy commute into the city from where Tamar, Dan and Damian live now. They moved in October, expressly to be closer to Manhattan. They are now in Forest Hills, a lovely section of Queens, on a tree lined, very quiet street. There are a lot of beautiful houses in the neighborhood, mostly Tudor. Yet it is very ethnically mixed, like most of the New York City boroughs. There is no shortage of interesting people, shops, restaurants, some very busy, active, NYC style areas and it is still quite peaceful around where they live.
Back in Manhattan I caught a glimpse of this doll hanging out in a shop window. What a nice way to lie around and watch the people go by!
