Sad

It’s very sad to hear about Jack Layton’s death this morning. His heart, his mind, his words and actions were strong. The body went.

He recently wrote a letter to Canadians to be read on the event of his death. His much quoted words: “My friends, love is better than anger. Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair. So let us be loving, hopeful and optimistic. And we’ll change the world.” – Jack Layton

I wasn’t too fond of his mustache, but then, he was a politician and they have mustaches.  Other than that, he was very admirable and will be dearly missed.  It hurts to know he isn’t here.
